As of December 4, 2023 this project was awarded to S&S Electrical Services, Inc. as the Prime Electrical Contractor at a cost of $59,470, and to Hirschberg Mechanical as the Prime Mechanical Contractor at a cost of $1,172,300, for a total cost of $1,231,770. The District reserves the right to reject a bid which is incomplete or irregular, the right to waive non-material defects in a bid received, the right to accept a bid which in the District's judgment is in the District's best interests and the right to reject all bids.
