Renovation of a municipal facility in Boyle, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Selective demolition. .2 Provide necessary concrete, cinder block and wood root repairs on the substrates as required and as directed by the Consultant. .3 Installation of new roof access ladder support brackets and any other related elements as depicted on drawings. .4 Replace all current electrical and mechanical fixtures installed on the exterior walls with new materials. .5 Supply and installation of new self-adhered vapour permeable membrane in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Consultant. .6 Installation of new glazing system, including new aluminum frames and glazing elements as included in the detailed specifications and as directed by the Consultant. .7 Installation of new cladding system. .8 Installation of a new prefinished metal roof parapet cap flashing. .9 Repairs to remaining interior finishes. .10 Repairs and work to remaining roof, exterior sidewalks, hard and soft landscaping. .11 Associated site work, including cleaning of all surfaces and areas of work.
