The Airport seeks a progressive and proactive partner to manage and operate its parking facilities. The successful proposer will be well-versed in the latest parking technologies and practices designed to facilitate a seamless customer experience while optimizing revenues and capacity. Further, the airport wishes to promote operational efficiencies and implement a cashless and cashierless operation as soon as feasible. Proposers will partner with the airport to achieve this transition and should propose a roster that focuses the onsite presence on management, trouble-shooting and required maintenance tasks, while customer assistance is undertaken remotely when possible (e.g. via remote control room and service call-in numbers). The successful proposer will be prepared to deliver upon the objectives detailed below: 1) Provide a consistent and well-maintained parking environment that ensures a friendly, safe and stress-free parking experience for the Ithica Tompkins International Airport parking patrons. Key elements to achieving this objective include the following: maximum entry and exit equipment uptime through proactive monitoring and scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, as required; clean, safe parking lots through regularly scheduled patrol, trash pick-up, and proactive snow clearing, as required and according to the protocols agreed with the Airport Director; friendly, courteous and well-informed customer service, whether in person, by phone or by email, delivered in a timely manner and according to response guidelines provided and/or agreed to by the Airport. 2) Support the Airport parking service and financial goals by providing robust practices for fee collection and controls, including credit card processing, supported by audit trails and daily reports. Tasks to support this objective include the following: ensuring parking fees are correctly programmed and collected; ensuring parking passes and programs are correctly implemented and monitored; providing accurate, timely revenue and activity reports, as specified in the contract or by the Airport Director, which may vary from time to time.
