Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Paris, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism (ADPHT or Department) for the Mount Magazine State Park to obtain pricing and a contract for window replacement at the Superintendents residence. Specifications : A. Prospective Contractor shall replace windows and rotten framing using the following specifications: B. Prospective Contractor shall install new, insulated Anderson windows, model number ADH2450 or approved equivalent. The wood interior must be clear finished. C. Prospective Contractor shall make sure: 1. Windows must have E4 glass. 2. Windows must have a hardware lock & keeper in antique brass. 3. Windows must have a colonial grille with aluminum clad. 4. The exterior color must be cocoa bean and exterior rough sawed pine as needed. D. Prospective Contractor shall install single hung 1/1 insulated, clear and argon gas. E. Prospective Contractor shall install new interior jambs and trim along with exterior trim to match existing windows with rough sawn pine. Bid Solicitation Document Page 3 of 10 F. Prospective Contractor shall also stain the finish interior. G. Prospective Contractor shall prime and paint exterior to match existing windows trim with the same type of materials. H. Prospective Contractor shall construct any and all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. I. Prospective Contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the project. J. Prospective Contractor shall complete work within sixty (60) days from time of bid being awarded. K. Prospective Contractor shall prevent any unnecessary damage to any part of the building. L. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for any and all post-project clean-up. M. Prospective Contractor shall remove all debris (including nails and metals, all disposable materials offsite) at the end of each workday. N. Prospective Contractor shall work during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. O. Prospective Contractor shall schedule all work with park officials. P. Prospective Contractor shall provide all necessary taxes and freight. Q. Prospective Contractor shall provide one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. R. Prospective Contractor shall furnish Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurances. S. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for all materials and deliveries as well as protection of during construction. T. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for protection of the building from elements during all periods of construction. U. Prospective Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, and labor to take out/remove all exterior windows and dispose of from job site.
