Bids No. RFB202290000478 West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for the installation of new Medium Voltage 5kV switchgear, 23kV to 5kV transformers, and 23kV pad mounted switches purchased by the University. New 23kV and 5kV feeders with associated new ductbanks and splice work within manholes. Removal of existing 5kV equipment at existing substation. Question Submission Close Date 11/7/2023 12:00 PM EST The following Bonds will be required with award: Performance Bond Labor and Material Bond Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion.
