Site work for a water / sewer project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) requires two new transformers to be installed at the Western Hills Pump Station's (WHPS) outdoor substation. The new transformers will be purchased and installed under this contract and will replace both main transformers as well as the primary and secondary feeder conductors. This contract includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the entire scope of this project, as detailed below. Deadline for written questions 10/21/2023 Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Alexa Kafury, via email at alexa.kafury@cincinnati-oh.gov. The amount of liquidated damages to be paid by the contractor for each and every working day that he is in default is $1,000.00 The Heavy Highway classification shall be used by all contractors on this project. The City reserves the right to waive informalities not inconsistent with law or to reject any or all bids.
