Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

CONTRACTOR shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations or methods mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified: including all labor, supervision, equipment, incidentals, taxes, and permits necessary to complete the Work as described within the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR shall install all items provided by OWNER as mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified. GAC Treatment Facility The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new treatment facility on the site near OWNER's existing Air Stripper Treatment Facility. The facility will house six pressure vessels and the associated equipment and piping necessary to run these vessels. Site work will consist of site grading and addition of an asphalt access drive for the new facility. The existing air strippers will be removed as part of this Work. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract Award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
