Site work for a water / sewer project in Perry, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in a written Work Order of the Owner and to fully complete the work in 60 days after the notice to proceed thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Base Bid. Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount, will be required of the successful bidder at execution of contract. Bonds must be written by an acceptable Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the Department of Treasury, Circular 570, latest edition The Houston County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
