Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,060-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project is generally described as follows: Interior renovations of the administration suite, library, life skills classrooms and restroom improvements at Candlewood Elementary school. Sanitary sewer piping under the slab shall be replaced within the building footprint as indicated; associated restroom finish and fixture renovations to be performed as shown. A new MDF room will be constructed and associated cabling to be re-routed to existing IDF cabinets. Scope of work will be phased for completion on this occupied campus. Proposed phasing is included within the plan set and may be modified if approved by the Owner. ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $2,500,000.00, based on the Plans and Specifications dated October 6, 2023, Job No. RFCSP 23-09 prepared by Corgan Associates, Inc. The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work. All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than 2:00 PM, on Monday, October 30, 2023.
