Installation of new 8' tall Ornamental All-Welded Fencing, service gates, pedestrian ADA gates and two electric vehicular gates. Installation of new 8 tall Chain Link Fencing, service gates and pedestrian ADA gates. Demolition and removal of existing fencing called for in drawings and relocation of other appurtenances as shown. Civil work including hard and soft scape demolition, concrete, AC paving and striping. Electrical work including power and low voltage installations for new electric vehicular gates and Verkada access control components. The Project will be for the construction and installation of 8' tall ornamental iron all welded fencing and gates, chain link fencing and gates and two electric vehicular gates at Cordova High School. The District is requesting that contractors review the deadlines as outlined in the RFP and provide price proposals. The District will use the price proposals to develop a contract for completion of the Project within the time frames stated in Exhibit A.
