Site work and renovation of a civil project in Tiny, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
Municipal upgrades, to four (4) cross culverts, road conversions, and right of ways for Tiny Beaches Road South from Concession 8 West to Balm Beach Road, Tiny Beaches Road North from Balm Beach Road to Concession 11 West, Oliver Drive, Second Street, and Birch Street. This could include converting portions of the roads to one way, widening existing roadways where possible, and burying utilities. TIMELINE: The engineering consultant has completed a topographic survey of the existing right of ways for Tiny Beaches Road South from Concession 8 West to Balm Beach Road, Tiny Beaches Road North from Balm Beach Road to Concession 11 West, Oliver Drive, Second Street, and Birch Street. A report detailing options and recommendations for improving active transportation in this corridor with rough order of magnitude costing will be forwarded to council spring, 2024. The consultant will complete detailed drawings for the proposed layout of the chosen solution from the report summer, 2024. Tender and construction timing is anticipated early 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
