The City of Spokane, through its Department of Engineering Services (hereinafter "City") is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Proposals from Firms with expertise in construction management. This will be an on-call type contract for up to $800,000. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work that will be directed to the consultant as a result of the contract that will be awarded pursuant to this RFQ. The period of performance of the contract resulting from this RFQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about January 1, 2024 and to end on December 31, 2025 with an optional one-year extension The City reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all Proposals received without penalty and to not issue a contract as a result of this RFQ
