Kaley St. Orlando, FL 32806. Comprehensive renovation and remodeling of the entire campus to provide improved facilities meeting Orange County Public Schools' Design Guidelines and educational program requirements. The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies and to upgrade all building and site facilities, systems, and finishes at or near the end of their useful life, and design capacity. The scope also provides for the remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, and identify functional equity space needs, life safety, and accessibility requirements. The project will also include classroom building additions to replace existing buildings 100, 200, 300, 500, and 700. Construction will occur on an occupied campus. The scope will include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing. The estimated construction cost is $148,800,000.
