Reference number : 1770031 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-10-23 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, in a single submission document WINTER MAINTENANCE OF THE SAINT-MÉTHODE SECTOR IN ADSTOCK FOR THE 2022-2025 SEASONS (3 YEARS) The Municipality of Adstock requires offers for winter maintenance of the Saint-Méthode sector, for three seasons, namely the winters of 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, over a length of approximately 38, 1 kilometers for alternative A and 48.2 km for alternative B. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A ten percent (10%) bid guarantee must accompany the bid.
