Renovation of a water / sewer project in Alexandria, Virginia. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
AlexRenew will be procuring a Construction-Manager-At-Risk contract to execute preliminary and primary systems upgrades at our wastewater treatment facility. The value of the CMAR Contract is currently estimated at $60 million based on a conceptual level of design. It is anticipated that notice to proceed (NTP) will be issued in July 2024, with a final completion date in October 2029.
