Project Description: Project consists of 25,000 square foot interior demolition and interior build-out at an existing building. Interior construction consists of gypsum board and stud partitions, hollow metal doors and frames, lay-in ceiling grid systems, LVT, carpet tile, and paint. Façade improvements consist of metal wall panels and storefront entry and window systems. HVAC, plumbing and electrical improvements and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents are required for the project. 1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $2,500,000 A. Owner will receive sealed hard copy lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.
