Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 10/26/2023 2:00 PM (PDT) Foothill Transit is issuing this Invitation for Bids No. 24-025 (IFB) soliciting bids from qualified individuals or firms the maintenance of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at (1) Foothill Transits Administrative Office, located at 100 South Vincent Avenue, West Covina, California, 91790, (2) Foothill Transits Industry Park & Ride, located at 500 S. Brea Canyon Road, Industry, CA 97189, (3) Azusa Intermodal Transit Center (AITC) located at 801 N Alameda Ave., Azusa, CA 91790, and (4) Covina Transit Center (CTC) located at 1126 N Citrus Ave., Covina, CA 91722 , as more fully described herein and in the Scope of Work provided in Part IV of the IFB. The services shall be performed for an initial term of two (2) years, with three (3) one (1)-year options to be exercised in the sole discretion of Foothill Transit.
