BCWS is aspiring to develop a more effective workplace approach by relocating the whole facilities. The Ministry has recently acquired a new land parcel to allow for that relocation and construction of a new office to match the crew operational needs. The Ministry has undertaken a preliminary feasibility study to review the new parcel in relation to the operational needs of a new office and design for the development of the site and services. This tender is to acquire the services of a general contractor to complete the construction of site services and earthworks only and described herein.
