Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replace existing deep well vertical turbine pump with a 2,000 gpm 350 HP pump and motor with new variable frequency drive and associated appurtenances. The deadline to ask questions is 10/23/2023 5:00 PM CST The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. A pre-bid conference will not be held. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Contract Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the Article 6 of the Agreement. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the site to make an assessment of existing conditions. Owner shall be notified 24 hr. prior to obtain access for the site visit. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
