PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services from a contractor for the construction of an agricultural road in Mirabel, Quebec. Transport Canada (TC) currently owns the sector adjacent to the Mirabel airport land. The project consists of the construction of an access road to open up this sector, while taking into consideration the presence of sensitive elements of the environment (wetlands, watercourses, species with a precarious status, etc.) The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within sixty (60) business days from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. The execution period will be interrupted, from the interruption of the work due to winter conditions until work resumes in 2024 after the thawing period.
