This electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide an upgrade to the Marietta and Stonewell Tower Lights Systems for the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) as further described in this eRFQ. GTA needs the supplier to provide an update to the tower lighting systems for two (2) towers in the span of two (2) fiscal years. The towers have the following characteristics: Tower A: Location .2KM W Exit 114,I-75 N in Cobb County Radio tower height is 134 M/439.6 Ft Expected completion date on or before January 31, 2024 Tower B: Location 5651 Stonewell Tell Rd., College Park, Fulton County Radio tower height is 91.7 M/300.85 Ft Expected completion date on or before August 31, 2024 Tower lighting Replacement/Update Need to update tower lighting to GTA Tower at location .2KM W Exit 114,1-75 N in Cobb County. New tower lighting system needs to provide White Light during the daytime and red lights at night. The Radio tower height is 134 M/439.6 Ft. Need to update tower lighting as per FAA AC 70/7460-1M Mandate. Old tower lighting is not up to FAA code. The lighting system has to include the IR emitters that are required for all new installations allowing aircraft sensors to detect a tower even when a pilot cannot see the same. The price of the system must include all new hardware, new cables and power supplies. Installers must be licensed /bonded and insured to state standards. The new lighting system power supplies will be installed inside the building and connected to the internet so as to notify administrators of any alarm in process The total cost of the lighting system upgrade will include the complete removal of the older equipment, including Beacons, wiring and power supplies on the side of the building and will include all grounding of wiring and waterproofing of wiring coming into the building. 5651 Stonewall Tell Rd.
