The I-215 Beltway Widening consists of the widening of I-215 between Pecos/St. Rose and Stephanie from 3 to 5 lanes with auxiliary lanes between interchanges, and interchange and arterial improvements at Pecos Road/St. Rose Parkway and Green Valley Parkway. The Project will also reconstruct ramps at the Valle Verde Drive and Stephanie Street interchanges. Scope of Services: The scope of services requested consists of but are not limited to construction management services including inspection of roadway construction, administration of field and laboratory testing for roadway construction, document control, and other roadway construction contract administration services. Appropriate vehicles, iPads, cell phones, and proper safety equipment shall be supplied for all personnel assigned to this project. A final scope of work will be prepared by the selected firm. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Content: SOQs shall be limited to no more than fifteen (15) single sided 8 1/2 -inch by 11-inch sheets, excluding the cover. An 11-inch by 17-inch sheet of paper may be utilized to illustrate a firm's organizational chart as necessary.
