Renovation of a municipal facility in Verona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of November 08, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 20, 2023.** Purchase and installation of an emergency generator at the Town Hall. No prevailing wage law applies to this project. BID GUARANTEE A certified check or bank draft payable to the Town of Middleton, or a satisfactory bid bond, in an amount not less than 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and performance and payment bonds within 10 days after the award of the contract. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bonds within the time set by the Town, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Town as liquidated damages. BID REJECTION. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid which, consistent with the law, best serves the interests of the Town.
