Renovation of a multi-residential development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The purpose of this RFQ is to seek submissions from interested and qualified contractors for flat roof replacement at the Richfield III property located at 3704-78 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta as further described within this RFQ. The work covered under this RFQ generally consists of removal and replacement of roofing systems, related metal flashings, all drain and mechanical hardware for multiple buildings. The scope includes, but is not limited to, supply and installation of the components required for an insulated roofing system with two-ply S.B.S. modified bituminous membrane roofing system as shown in the drawings. The specifications and drawings are set out in Appendices H and I and are attached as separate electronic documents to this RFQ. Respondents are to note that all buildings identified as base bid roofing (in blue) and alternate price roofing (in green) in drawing BE0.0 Cover Page are included in the scope of this project except for the buildings highlighted in yellow which were previously completed.
