The West Palm Beach VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide annual and quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) services for Four (4) 700 KVA, Three (3) 2500 KVA and Two (2) XXXX KVA Caterpillar Emergency Diesel Generators. Generator sets are located at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida. Contractor shall provide all tools, testers, meters calibration and safety equipment needed to complete all PM's. Contractor shall also provide all parts, fluids, belts, hoses, filters needed to properly complete all PM's. Contractor is responsible for the Safe and Legal storage and disposal of all hazardous and nonhazardous waste. All required disposal documentation shall submit to the VA Medical Center in timely manner. Firms with interest and capability to include, Federal Schedule Contract Holders, Small Business, VeteranOwned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUB Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business Concerns and all other business types and sizes may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: 1.
