Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Linn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,120-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

Renovation of Historic City Hall (on National Register of Historic Places) into a Regional Cultural and Tourism Center. Bids received after 2:00 PM on said day will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be submitted not later than 4:00 PM on the same day. Bids shall be clearly marked "Historic City Hall Renovation -Regional Cultural/Tourism Center (BD-18-32)." Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following bid opening. This project generally consists of interior tenant improvements to an existing historic two-story office building, including ADA improvement and wall reconfiguration. Exterior modifications, including stairs, awnings and modifications to storefronts and windows. Questions must also be submitted through the website. The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The City of West Linn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award for 90 days, to delete certain items from the proposal, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. $ 1.7- 2 Million is the current engineers estimate. Council approval of the contract is expected in December with work to start in early 2024. Completion is 240 days after notice to proceed.
