**As per December 19, 2023. Project is awarded to ICON, LLC for $2,063,574.50** The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Common Excavation - 1,700 CU YD Aggregate Surfacing - 440 CU YD Bituminous Patching - 2,040 SQ YD 21" PYC Pipe Sewer - 4,300 LIN FT Construct Drainage Structure Design 4007C - 290 LIN FT Casting Assembly (Sanitary) - 23 Each Concrete Curb and Gutter - 340 LIN FT Turf Establishment - 4.3 Acre 12" CIPP Lining - Alt Bid - 3,056 LF Manhole Rehabilitation - Alt Bid - 138 VF All work is to be done in accordance with the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2023Edition, and the Special Provisions. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days. Only Registered Planholders Will Be Allowed to Bid Project Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount.
