The City of Calgary ("The City") is seeking experienced Proponents for the service of installation and termination of fibre optic cable, raceway and equipment on an as required basis throughout Calgary. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Initial Term of the Agreement is two (2) years. The Agreement may be renewed for up to three (3) additional two (2) year periods, for a maximum Term of eight (8) years. Obtain electronically at supplier.ariba.com
