The City of Danbury is inviting the submission of proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of performing an analysis of impediments to Fair Housing for the City of Danbury, CT. A copy of the complete bid package and Scope of Work can be obtained by contacting the City of Danbury Purchasing Department at 203-797-4571. All items required for a responsive proposal should be included. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure that the proposal package is received no later than the established due date and time at the proper location. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered. Proposals submitted by email, facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted. Term of Contract: The anticipated term of any resultant contract is from December 15th to April 15th. However, the date of final execution of the contract shall be the governing factor as to the date of commencement of work. There will not be a pre-proposal conference.
