Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cornwall Boro, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of March 7, 2024, all bids for this project have been rejected and the project is expected to be rebid in April, 2024, however, a rebid date has not been established as of yet. The work generally includes milling and paving of the shoulder along the entire length of Cassadee Court. The project work is located in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. Questions shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within PennBid. Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work Question Deadline 11/07/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Questions shall be submitted via the Clarifications feature within PennBid.
