The work involves constructing one (1) fueling facility, consisting of two (2) above ground fuel storage tanks, dispenser islands, and other appurtenances, including civil and electrical improvements; and one (1) above ground storage fuel tank to supply a backup generator. As an alternative additional bid item, construct an additional one (1) fueling facility, consisting of two (2) above ground fuel storage tanks, dispenser islands, and other appurtenances, including civil and electrical improvements.
