This is a one (1) year contract starting January 1, 2024 with a two (2) year renewal option. The municipality of the Parish of Très-Saint-Sacrement does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability with regard to any of the bidders in case of rejection of all submissions. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality council, at its sole discretion, the municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the total price submitted must accompany the bid
