SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain competitive bids for the purchase of annual requirements of concrete pipe on an as needed basis for the City s Department of Public Works. Pipe shall be delivered F.O.B. destination in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. The contract shall cover the period from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending November 30, 2026. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. Contractor s License: If any of the services promulgated under this solicitation consist of construction work, it is required under Title 54.1, Chapter 11, Code of Virginia, for a Contractor who performs or manages construction, removal, repair, or improvement when the total value referred to in a single contract or project is.
