Project No: MEMO-2016035 renovations to the pool at Memorial Park Any bid exceeding $50,000 requires a performance and payment bond for in the amount of 100% of the job. No material deviation from the language will be accepted. These documents must be filled out completely and notarized with appropriate power of attorney form attached. The bonding company must appear on the Federal register of approved companies The estimated range of this project is between $375,000 to $425,000.
