Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Pelham, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The TOWN OF PELHAM, hereinafter referred to as the "Town", is soliciting a proposal from qualified vendors for the following services; Install irrigation system at Dennis P. Lyons Park The awarded contractor will provide a project schedule and payment schedule for all equipment, materials and services. The project shall be completed no later than June 1st 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities, negotiate with the most responsible applicant, and select the proposal determined in their judgment to be most advantageous to the Town, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the Request for Proposal. SCOPE OF SERVICES The proposal will consist of the following: Install irrigation system in highlighted area. (see attached map). Tie in new system with existing system. Replace existing 1 inch valves to 1.5 inch valves to make existing 8 zones into 4 zones. Contractor must use Hunter 120 our equivalent irrigation heads. Contractor must fix any collateral damage. Any questions received and the answers thereto will be posted on the Town website under the topic: "PROJECT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS".
