Site work and renovation of a civil project in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
2023 Well No. 5 Improvements Project work includes the removal of the existing wellhouse No. 5, salvaging the pump motor and drop pipe and the installation of a pitless adaptor. Work also includes the installation of a submersible pump, motor and control panel and electrical connections. Additional work includes the installation of a meter chamber, a 12" valve box and 12" watermain with connection to the existing 12" watermain.
