Work consists of a new 375 sf masonry building with a restrooms, concessions area and upper level pressbox. The building is a masonry structure with wood framing and asphalt shingles. Base Bid C - Combined bid for all work related to the new softball ield building and the addition to the baseball ield building. All work can begin immediately upon award of contract. All work must be substantially completed by March 29, 2024. Liquidated damages do not apply to this project.
