Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,373-square-foot, five-story above grade educational facility.
Convert existing office area and lunchroom to new classroom, complete with new AV equipment and furniture. Existing lab space will be converted into a new student lounge to support the expansion of the Respiratory Therapy (RT) Program. Also included in the renovations will be an office space with "hoteling" workstations to assist in supporting the campus workspace scarcity.
