Clay County Public Health Center (CCPHC) is requesting completed proposals from qualified, licensed generator service contractors for the purpose of selecting a vendor for generator replacement and maintenance services. Request for Proposal for Generator Replacement and Three (3) Year Inspection, Maintenance, and Emergency Service Clay County Public Health Center (the Health Center) is releasing a request for proposals (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified, licensed vendors who specialize in commercial generator service. The successful vendor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing generator, install of the new generator, and all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work. Any questions regarding the proposal should be sent in writing to rfp@clayhealth.com. The Health Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity in the proposals. Proposals are scheduled to be reviewed at the Board of Trustees meeting in October. Respondents will be notified in writing following the approval of the award. To provide more time for technical evaluation and to accommodate a thorough review of proposals, Clay County Public Health Center announces the extension of the due date to Friday, November 17, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. All previously submitted proposals will still be considered. Any bids on hand will not be opened - all bids will be opened following the November 17 due date. With this, the award date has been extended to December 26, 2023.
