Reference Number 0000257760 Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 30, 2023 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Provide a Base Bid Price for design (FY2023-24) and implementation (FY2024-25) of a new Workstation Replacement project located in Oshawa, 55 Athol, ON. Consulting services required to review existing as-built condition (on site) as well as existing drawings/documentation. Consultant to prepare schematic design layout/s and concept design/s with associated cost estimates for Client’s review and approval. Scope consists of CRA requiring the replacement of workstations with new at 1st, 3rd and 4th floors. Design to include the introduction of enhanced collaborative areas within the operational space on these floors. It is not expected that any collaborative areas will be comprised of hard walls or partitions. The approximate but not limited to office space that will form part of the design is as follows: 1st Floor 476 m2 3rd Floor 996 m2 4th Floor 1124 m2 Total 2596 m2 Anticipated Award Date: November 13th, 2023 Anticipated Construction End Date: July 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
