Consulting services required to review existing as-built condition (on site) as well as existing drawings/documentation. Consultant to prepare schematic design layout/s and concept design/s with associated cost estimates for Client’s review and approval. Scope consists of CRA requiring the replacement of workstations with new at 1st, 3rd and 4th floors. Design to include the introduction of enhanced collaborative areas within the operational space on these floors. It is not expected that any collaborative areas will be comprised of hard walls or partitions.
