The Board of Education shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure statement. All bids must also be submitted with a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance regarding Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012 - Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bid bond payable to Van Dyke Public Schools, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. For bids in excess of $50,000, a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond will be required. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 1.5 WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts.
