Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Warren, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

**As of February 16, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship(s) that exist between the owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District or the Superintendent of the School District. The Board of Education shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure statement. All bids must also be submitted with a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance regarding Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012 - Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bid bond payable to Van Dyke Public Schools, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. For bids in excess of $50,000, a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond will be required. If submitting check, drop check to Van Dyke Public Schools Office at 23500 Mac Arthur Blvd., Warren, MI 48089. Question Deadline 01/22/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The Architect will provide the documents to prospective bidders. Interested contractors should request bidding documents from, and send questions to PARTNERS in Architecture via email: jhoulihan@partnersinarch.com. Refer to the bid documents for additional required information to be submitted with the bid. PARTNERS in Architecture, PLC, Ph: 586-469-3600. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Improvements to the Van Dyke Public Schools, High School building Auditorium entrance. Work includes removal of existing stairs, rails, entrance doors, interior vestibule framing , doors, glazing and exterior paving. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 1.5 WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts.
