Scope of Work A. The manufacturer shall furnish Two (2) new Power PTs described in the Invitation to Bid and as specified on the Specification Data Sheet(s). Power PT shall be complete with all accessories ready for mounting, assembly, connection and immediate service. The requirements of the Specification Data Sheet(s) and drawings shall govern should conflicts occur between them and the written text of these specifications. B. The equipment shall be purchased as a stock item intended for future unspecified projects on the Grand River Dam Authoritys system in Northeast Oklahoma. C. This equipment will be designed, manufactured and tested in conformance with the latest applicable ANSI, NEMA and IEEE, Standards. STOCK- Transformer: Power PT 75 kVA, 350kV BIL, 39800-240/125V, (69kV-PP) A completed non-collusion certificate is required and must be submitted with your bid if pricing is over $5,000.00. This RFQ form must be signed by an authorized representative of your company in the space provided in the lower right hand corner of the form
