Renovation of a library in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Findlay-Hancock County Public Library Chiller Replacement Est. Value: $ 164,500.00 Est. Completion Date: June 3, 2024 This project is to remove the existing roof mounted chiller at the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library and replace it with a new chiller of equal or similar size. All work will be limited to the installation of the chiller, water lines, power, and chemicals required for an industry standard chiller replacement. The majority of the work will take place on the roof, and the contractor is responsible for complete installation including final start up, training, roof work, crane, controls, and permitting. Coordination with existing controls provider New Idea Controls is required with no substitutions. Boiler manufacturer is listed as McQuay but may be substituted with Trane, York, or Quantech provided it meets all the requirements of the project including weight, physical size, water line connections, controls, MCA/MOP, and very importantly-timeline.
