Notice of Invitation for Sealed Bids Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department (NNPHD) is a local government entity serving four counties in Northeast Nebraska, Cedar, Dixon, Thurston, and Wayne Counties. NNPHD has opened a request for bids to construct a 6,000-square-foot office building in Wayne, NE, with the following specifications: Minimum of 15 offices with natural light o reception area o two bathrooms o kitchen space o conference room o large storage room o garage space o minimum of 20 paved parking spaces Bid MUST include the commercial lot. Project MUST be completed and invoiced no later than December 31, 2024. NNPHD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding. Award: PPI, LLC DBA Progressive Builders; $1,053,810.00
