**As of January 02 ,2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of a stream restoration project as well as a stormwater basin reconstruction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: The Project consists of a stream restoration project as well as a stormwater basin reconstruction. The part of the Project that pertains to the Work has been designed by Mattern and Craig and Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. 3.02 The Owner has retained Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc., (ìEngineerî) to act as Ownerís representative, assume all duties and responsibilities, and have the rights and authority assigned to Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with the completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
