The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of a new concrete pad, prefabricated building and associated infrastructure to support operation of the new leachate evaporators at the Fauquier County Landfill facility in Warrenton, Va.
