Work shall include interior door replacement renovation work at Logan Court High Rise Apartments located in Lincoln, IL. Work also entails site improvements in landscape curbing and playground perimeters at both Logan Court and Centennial Court. All bidders are advised that the law concerning Federal prevailing wage rates issued by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts must be complied with. COST ESTIMATE: Under $250,000 Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a cashier's check, bank draft or bid bond secured by a surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, in the amount of 5% of the base bid, payable to the Logan County Housing Authority, Lincoln, Illinois.
