Sale & Development of Surplus City-owned Real Property - 310 Berry Street On behalf of the City of Covington, KY ("City"), the Neighborhood Services Department is seeking proposals to purchase and develop a vacant, City-owned residential property at 310 Berry Street, Covington, Kentucky. The purpose of the sale is to return a long vacant property back to productive use as an added asset within the community. The City seeks qualified buyers to acquire and redevelop the property to positively contribute value to the Westside Neighborhood. This parcel is centrally located and in close proximity to I-75. The City's development goals for the site include: 1. Maximizing the property's potential by rehabbing the structure to provide a quality homeownership opportunity while contributing to the vibrancy of the area. 2.
