This project will consist of demolition, repair, renovation, replacement, upgrades, and new construction to support and address needs and requirements for athletic facilities with a total project budget of $66,400,000. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: WCU Athletics is a comprehensive, multiphase renovation and addition project primarily focused on the football stadium improvements. This includes renovations to the existing west stands, new addition built over top the existing stands and roof top patio area total of about 15K SF. The 2nd phase will include football operations building approximately 16K SF new construction in the endzone/ parking lot side of the existing facility. Future phases will include an expansion to the football operations building and concourse connection to the east stands and renovations to the east stands. The first phases of this project are set to bid Fall of 24' with an expected start of Spring 25'.
